Market Research and Field Data Collection (SPSS Statistics)
This project involved conducting comprehensive market research, field data collection, and data descriptive analytics for Bohio Supermarket. The objective was to assess customer perceptions, shopping behaviors, and overall satisfaction levels through survey methodologies and direct data gathering. Conceived, designed, and led the complete development of Horizons Outsourcing Operations, from initial business model creation to full operational structuring and brand development. As the visionary behind the project, I guided a multidisciplinary team of professionals to bring the concept to life, overseeing strategic planning, service design, operational workflows, branding, and go-to-market execution. This initiative combined outsourcing services with modern business processes to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions, all aligned under a cohesive and sustainable business vision.

American Automotive Alliance
Campaign from HOO
Designed and developed the Marketing concept for Omega Auto Care warranty policies (Telemarketing, web and dealers parthnership). Led a of assistant manager's team and trained over 80 sales agents to successfully implement a scalable sales model. My responsibilities included creating strategic campaign frameworks, defining sales messaging, building knowledge bases, organizing lead generation logistics, and optimizing lead conversion processes.
Also, established structured training pipelines, including classroom training, OJT (On-the-Job Training), and live sales integration. Additionally, I developed performance-based bonus systems to boost agent motivation and improve sales KPIs. Coordinated the deployment of the campaign across multiple B2B partners, enhancing customer acquisition strategies and driving consistent policy enrollment growth.

Brand & Product Manager
As the Brand & Product Manager at Dripp Up, I spearheaded the development and growth of a niche e-liquids brand from the ground up. I led the entire product lifecycle—from conceptualization and formulation to regulatory compliance and market launch—while building a bold, youth-oriented brand that resonated with Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
I crafted and executed digital marketing strategies, developed unique visual and product identities, and leveraged e-commerce platforms to scale reach and sales.
